Custom Varsity Jackets and Personalized Letterman Jackets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

– Returns are accepted only for blank (non-decorated) stock varsity jackets and must be authorized in advance. All return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. Claims for damaged or defective jackets must also be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. To request authorization, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

– If a personalized jacket has been decorated incorrectly or contains an error due to our fault, our Customer Support Team must be informed within 10 days of receiving the jacket so we can review and arrange any necessary corrections or replacements.

– Worn, used, or altered garments cannot be returned. Please ensure you inspect your jacket carefully upon arrival.
